About Us

FitSteps is the brainchild of former Strictly professionals, Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe and World Champion Swimmer Mark Foster.

FitSteps came to life in 2013 was developed as a way for people to learn the dance styles they love from Strictly, in a fun dance fitness class.

It was during the arduous training for the Strictly Tour that the guys really saw the potential of FitSteps.

Natalie was partnered with Mark, and Mark really started to notice the positive effects dancing was having on not only his physique, but also on his mood.

Over 11 years later and FitSteps has trained over 2000 instructors and many more 1000's enjoying classes.
