Perfect for anyone who loves to dance but prefers a gentler, lower-impact workout, FAB brings together timeless classics—from the smooth Bossa Nova and Foxtrot to the fiery Flamenco and Argentine Tango. With easy-to-follow steps, no partner needed, and a pace that’s fun for all ages, FAB makes getting fit feel effortless. In this training course, you’ll master the FAB 4x4 workout, featuring four core dances: Swing Jive, Charleston, Bossa Nova, and Foxtrot—so you can teach classes that are as enjoyable as they are energizing.

After You Have Qualified
Once you qualify as a FitSteps instructor, the real fun begins! 🎉 You’re officially certified to teach and can start running your own classes, bringing fun, dance, and fitness to your community. You’ll get all the resources you need, including monthly releases, music, choreography notes, marketing materials and instructor discounts on clothing, events and equipment plus much more.
To teach FitSteps or FitSteps FAB, a membership is required. Monthly membership starts at £24/month, or you can save with an annual membership for £240/year. Your membership gives you full access to teaching resources, ongoing support, and everything you need to run your classes successfully.
You can promote your classes through your own online profile, link it to social media or your website, and reach thousands of people looking for classes. Plus, you’ll have ongoing support from FitSteps HQ and the wider instructor network, so you’re never alone on your teaching journey
